About Susan Parker

With her Computer Engineering degree from Iowa State University, 23-year career at Danfoss Power Solutions, and numerous successful customer experiences, Susan facilitates meetings, workshops and projects that help your organization improve - saving you time and money while improving your employee and customer experience. Susan is a Jon Gordon certified trainer for The Power of Positive Leadership, The Power of a Positive Team and The Energy Bus.

She is married to her wonderful husband, Roger, has 2 amazing children, an awesome daughter-in-law, incredible son-in-law and 1 adorable granddaughter. In addition to loving her family, she loves Jesus and serves on the worship team and mission team at her local church. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Wings of Refuge. Roger and Susan, along with some amazing friends, host Target Trafficking, a 3D Archery Shoot fundraiser for Wings of Refuge.
