Susan Parker has 15+ years of experience facilitating process improvements in both Office and Operations areas of various organizations. At her core, Susan believes that if you design and improve processes with the customer at the center, companies will meet and exceed their goals. She believes that each person is able to contribute to the success of their organization. Susan leads with passion and a conviction that every process can be made better to better serve the customer.
Susan's career started at Danfoss Power Solutions in Information Technology where she was trained in Six Sigma and had her first opportunities to lead process improvements. Susan then moved into Operations where she gained more traditional Lean experience. Her next stop was in Sales where she put her skills to use improving the quality and efficiency of the internal sales processes to improve the customer's experience and make the jobs of the sales teams better.
Susan is married to her wonderful husband, Roger, and has 2 amazing children. In addition to attending the many events of her children, she is active in her community and church. She serves on the worship team, mission team and leads Bible studies throughout the year.
