About Susan Parker

Susan has a Computer Engineering degree from Iowa State University. She had a successful 23-year career at Danfoss Power Solutions in a wide variety of roles. In 2020, Susan left Danfoss to build her own consulting business to help other people and organizations. Susan facilitates meetings, workshops and provides coaching to help your organization improve - saving you time and money while improving your employee and customer experience. Susan is a Jon Gordon certified trainer focusing on Mindset, Leadership and Teamwork. These programs are based on Jon's bestselling books - "The Power of Positive Leadership", "The Power of a Positive Team" and "The Energy Bus". She also works with Shannon Carver to deliver leadership programs based on his bestselling book "Your Leadership Currency of TCR: Gain Ultimate Influence by Building Trust, Credibility, and Respect".

She is married to her wonderful husband, Roger, has 2 amazing children, an awesome daughter-in-law, incredible son-in-law and 2 adorable granddaughters. In addition to loving her family, she loves Jesus and serves on the worship team and mission team at her local church. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Wings of Refuge. Roger and Susan, along with some amazing friends, host Target Trafficking, a 3D Archery Shoot fundraiser for Wings of Refuge.
